This was my First Carnival Cruise. Great ship. Very clean. Excellent service and staff. Food was good for cruise food. Drinks were strong. Excellent bartenders, great variety of food and entertainment. It was a little over crowded but I guess that can be expected that time of the year (August). I will definitely sail Carnival again.

Fun ship, lots of food options, great staff, use family harbor if traveling with small children

Enjoyed the 3 ports almost need another day on the back end. Sailed Sun-Sat and Monday/Friday were sea days and having to be off the ship Sat 8am another sea day of relaxation would be nice.

Very good cruise experience in general. Sometimes felt crowded. Don't recommend the Bamboo beach club tour in Jamaica

Marin in the Horizon dining is the best! Try to get his table. The cruise was great though ship is large and tough to do the activities unless you get going early. The cruise director Chris (The flying Scotsman) is awesome. Try to get his ship.

Bad Experience that i had ever in cruises! Few people Spanish/Portugues speaking, poor information in non-english in general, lack of information about desembark (we need to carry on all lugages because no info about that need to leave our luggages until 11:30 previous day at desembark). Stuff price in the ship VERY expensive. Poor entertaiments! i will not recommend!

Room size was great. Bigger than our Disney cruise. Family lounge area great for kids to grab ice cream and the adults coffee (specialty coffee machine) whenever we wanted. Couch that made into a bed made my son's back hurt because it was basically a mattress with the backside being slanted down close to the wall. Cabin helper tried to fix but my son said it was still uncomfortable. Our bathroom smelled like a sewer from the minute we opened our cabin door. I'm guessing a plumbing problem somewhere? Cabin helper tried to fix by putting in an air freshener but it didn't really help. We had water run down the wall in the center of our cabin from upstairs to the floor two different days. I guess I would just not stay in this same cabin (2400) should we decide to go on another Carnival Vista trip. Was easier than I thought to get off ship quick to catch excursions. Crew friendly, nice, and tried to be helpful. Horizon's Dining Room food was a lot better than the buffet. Desserts were very good at Horizon's. My kids loved the human pool table (sort of like soccer) and poly pong table on the 12th deck. They also liked Guy's Burger Joint. We saw Guy Fieri on the cruise and my one son really wanted a picture with him but he was busy eating with family so he respected his privacy. Would have been nice to have a picture night with him for the cruisers. Would have been nice to know what movies were going to play on the ship before we got on. We saw Mission Impossible Fallout about $13 a person. Overall we had a nice time except for the room problems.

Overall I was very impressed with the services, food and cleanliness of the ship. Our waiters were wonderful. Andre has such a marvelous personality and gave his all. Very diligent. Made and Kohnong were good too. I Waylan my cabin person always remembered my name and kept the cabin very clean. The variety of entertainment was great since our group spanned all ages.

Awesome ship and crew personnel. The entertainment was great. For those that have kids watch the rating of the shows because they can be explicit. Remember the BBQ is only available on sailing days. First day is the best day to go no one remembers lol.

Carnival Vista is a ship everyone should experience. My family had a ball from dancing and comedy at liquid club , the piano bar singing. Karaoke all over ship, the lido deck food, drinks and service was a great hang out place. The dinning hall horizon the waitress Diane Was gracious and made sure you were please with dinner. Reflection dinning service Totot, Krisma, Roberto took care of our family over 25 people and never miss a beat. Everyone received great service. I look forward to cruising again with Carnival especially on the vista with Matt the cruise director fantastic.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. Service was excellent. Can't wait to start planning our next cruise.

This was a very nice cruise with great ports. The cruise ship and the cruise director were great. The shows and comedy were less than expected.

We had an extremely good vacation and if it were not for the issue we had with Carnival it would have been even better. One major suggestion is to always double and triple, heck even quadruple check that any special request you need (bed rail as an example) be on your reservation be it with your agent and even calling the company directly as more than not it does not happen as it happened in our case. I called carnival directly to make sure a bed rail request was placed and it never happened hence putting my child's safety at risk of potentially falling off of the bed or couch. We had to come up with out own ingenious way to make sure he was safe as the answer by the staff was to place a table beside the couch (even more dangerous!!), then their second suggestion was to place my 3 yr old in a crib!! The way they handle my formal complaint was sub-par and unacceptable and they basically called us liars saying we never called Carnival to request it. The supervisor even went so far to say that in his 10 yrs with Carnival he has never heard of a bed rail!! All they saw was people trying to get money from them when that was never asked for at any time, we wanted the bed rail pure and simple, we never once asked for any sort of compensation!! So beware as the "customer is always right" does not exist for Carnival guest services or corporate head office for that matter!!

Wonderful, exited and the best experiences . For families are the best vacation ever.

The staff is great! Stateroom steward Wayan was awesome.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us in anything we needed. Emylynn and Eszter are the best bartenders on the ship. Even when they were slammed due to events, they always had a smile on their faces and always called us by our 1st name. I do believe they would make really great managers.

This ship is amazing and the staff was great. Customer service desk lines were too long and they somehow deleted my credit card on file was caused a purchase (IMax movie ticket) to be denied on board. I ended up having to go to the customer service desk and wait for over half an hour for the issue to be resolved. The exact same thing happened to my parents who were on board as well and they had to spend over an hour in line to get the problem resolved.
