Review summary
This ship is amazing and the staff was great. Customer service desk lines were too long and they somehow deleted my credit card on file was caused a purchase (IMax movie ticket) to be denied on board. I ended up having to go to the customer service desk and wait for over half an hour for the issue to be resolved. The exact same thing happened to my parents who were on board as well and they had to spend over an hour in line to get the problem resolved.Embarkation
