Review summary

Bad Experience that i had ever in cruises! Few people Spanish/Portugues speaking, poor information in non-english in general, lack of information about desembark (we need to carry on all lugages because no info about that need to leave our luggages until 11:30 previous day at desembark). Stuff price in the ship VERY expensive. Poor entertaiments! i will not recommend!

I cruised on the Vista last year and there was spanish speaking employees in guest services. Also I believe the Fun times is printed in Spanish. I would advice to ask for spanish newsletter in advanced.

Wait.......is the complaint about not having instructions in their language? “Poor information in non-English in general”. First if all dont get me started about language ifnu left from and returned to an American port. Second the freaking review is in english so clearly u can read and write english. Maybe im confused

Totally agree with allthat815. We just got off that ship a couple if weeks ago and had a wonderful time. I wont waste time repeating all that he said bc he covered it all. Great ship great crew great cruise.

This review is pure nonsense, clueless and not true at all. Was on the Vista in April and going on again this Saturday. We loved the Ship and the employees were awesome. Plenty of information available about disembarking the ship. Guests Services always have multi lingual people at the desk. Unbelievable!

The instructions are written in English and Spanish and I believe French as well.

They always let ppl know about luggage options before the last evening. Im sorry you had a bad experience. Regarding language translation there should be options for those that speak other languages. I have never experienced that due to myself speaking english.

We were just on the Vista and there was all kinds of info available about disembarking, what to do with your luggage and everything. Plenty of Spanish speaking help as well. We found everything to be less expensive than other cruise lines as well. The ship was clean, the food was great, everyone was so friendly (felt like we were treated like family) and we were thoroughly entertained. The shows, comedy shows and all the other activities and things to do were great. Wouldn't hesitate to go back

If you’ve cruised before then you should know the process. It’s the same on all Carnival ships. Plenty of people on the ship speak Spanish!! My boyfriend is from Costa Rica and has no issues finding Spanish speaking employees!

Plenty of info is given about debarkation. I have not been on the Vista yet, but if they still do the Fun Times, it is in there, on the TV, and on the app. Did you not think to call or go to guest services and ask? If you think Carnival is expensive, what do you think about other cruise lines?
