Would definitely go again! The staff was wonderful.

Theater is not comfortable and does not seat enough people. Comedy theater is also on the small side.

Everything was wonderful, the service was excellent. At dinner every night our servers were so attentive and really looked out for our well being. I only remember the main waiters name, Marijan but the other two were wonderful as well, I just don’t remember theirs because I’ve never heard them before and I could not get them to stick in my brain. But I really felt like they cared about our overall well being for the whole trip, not just dinner. Always smiling. Really I can’t say enough. Also our room steward Albert was awesome. We only ever saw him in the hallway in passing but our room was always taken care of when we stepped out. I’m not someone to ask for much so he was perfect for us. The customer service provided is what made this vacation worth it and makes me want to cruise again. Thank you.

Overall it was ok. Just not enough staff on the lido deck. Did not like that the casino was in the middle of the ship and had to always walk thru there inhaling smoke!!!

The cruise was absolutely awesome!! Beautiful ship and our room steward was awesome. Guest service was rude. And it took a while to get our food in the dining room. But the food was god.

It to me was utterly unorganized and slow the elevators we're to packed and very slow getting you Togo where you needed to be ok only 2 smoking areas is not fair to the smokers we paid the same amount as anyone else and we get sent to the casino or the 11th deck I feel any outside area should allow smokers to smoke instead of being separated from everyone else

Carnival likes to nickel-and-dime you. $5 to enable chat on the Hub app. $200 to just ACCESS the spa (never mind treatments). Pay for the thrill theater, pay for IMAX, upsell everywhere. Also, since I guess Vista needs to make its costs back, it is being run very hard. Clearly the maintenance does not have enough time to square it away between cruises. For a recently built ship, it's pretty beat up. Overall it was OK, just not as good a value for the money as before. Blatant upcharges are terrible.

Had a great first cruise experience. Staff from my room steward to the dining staff to all the staff I encountered on the ship was very nice. Food and drink choices were great. Only thing I wished was the elevator service was faster but with 4000 people that’s gonna be hard.

Ready to go again staff very friendly just didn't want to leave 😕😒

the Hop on Hop off is a ripoff when you get to the beach the Jamaicas want to charge you more money to walk on the beach. It was not explained it was not included in the price of the hop on hop off. Jamaica left a bad taste in my mouth

Great time. Chris Flying Scotsman excellent cruise director. Ship too big. Elevators cannot accomodate all passengers.

We have decided to cancel our March cruise on carnival dream and rescheduled to RCCL. They seem to do things better . All staff was awesome

I was looking forward to this cruise since the Vista was new to the port of Galveston. I was very disappointed in the your time dining. It was also disappointing to be turned away from the comedy club. The room is far to small.

Food needs work and some of the staff too but I still had a good time.

Vista is a beautiful ship but it needs to improve things. It was always a challenge to find a public restroom. The Dive in movies are great but they got to do something about the terrible popcorn! We loved the Thrill Theater and the IMAX. Our one favorite thing about the ship.

the Vista ship is the worst in carnival fleet. Poor layout, up and down stairs, there is not any walk way that would lead you from front to back, not enough elevators, first two days at see WiFi was out, TVs in cabin still spotty the last few days. We couldn’t watch NFL or College football.. I understand they want you out on deck buying drinks but that’s not what everyone want to do. Carnival tried to produce a top of the line larger ship to compete with Princesses and Norwegian but failed. The food was horrible. They did something to the desserts. Can’t put my finger on it but it was horrible.. I will be placing this on Facebook.. We were booked for a excursion (booked through (Carnival) in Belize to a small island and it was raining so bad they still was going to do the excursion.. I backed out after boarding.. seeing the over packed boat and all the rain was to much.. they refunded our money but why take the chance?

Good cruise overall, but serious security issues with the sliding glass doors to the Havana Suites do not secure properly, they close and lock but with a easy tug on the handle from the outside they will pop open... Unfortunately we had a break-in on our cruise and reported it but security although they tried was not understanding to good due to their broken English...

We had and outstanding experience. Cant wait to sail again.

Great cruise with lots of activities and the food was wonderful! Be sure to try the melting cake!! Food lines were long and it took a long time to get your food in the Horizon Rest. but worth the wait. Guy's Burgers are superb!! All the music and shows were very professional. Had fun with the bean bag toss game. Contest everyday!! The comedy shows were also fun!!

We had such a good time. We will sail on the vista again this summer with family.
