We enjoyed the cruise. I had seen negative reviews about the crowds due to the ships configuration but we did not have any issues and didn't think that any wait times were excessive.

i was not impressed at all, tried carnival for a second time but will not go back. pictures were to pricey. need better entertainment and better food. would not recommend the vista

Overall this was a great cruise! I strongly recommend to check out the San Gervasco ruins in Cozumel and visit Stingray City in the Caymans.

loved our room location and the access to the spa and pool areas. rooms were overall very small. headline entertainment was lacking -- with the exception of the comedians. food was excellent everywhere we ate. room steward was incredible

Disappointed with the amount of time they give you in Cozumel. That’s the place where there’s so many things to do and you have such a small window of time. They used to dock until 10 pm

The shows, the piano bar and the latin bar were amazing at night! The music during the day by the pool was great too! Music at the night club could improve.

Carnival did their best to make sure all guests had a great time! on the other hand, dropped the ball! instead of giving my the credit promised to me they gave me less than half. I called on my first day of the cruise was on the phone for over an hour ( there goes time taken from my vacation) and the manager promised me the remaining balance would be sent over to carnival by Tuesday. Thursday comes and still nothing! I have been using for a long time now for all of my family vacations, and I book at least 4 rooms with them at a time, sometimes twice a year. They said they apologize but had no idea why their manager would tell me that my credit would be available by Tuesday. I am in customer service and as a loyal platinum customer, I expected to be treated WAY better than this. If you value honesty and integrity, book through someone else! Let your friends and family know that will tell you one thing to get you to book with them, and not follow through. I NEVER complain, I just try to see the good and make the best of it. But my family and I are going on another cruise in December and will be reserving our 24 cabins with another travel agency. It is sad when you spend thousands and thousands of your hard earned money, just to get screwed over. , moving forward i hope you value your customers and don't loose them over an onboard credit of $125.00 promised by YOUR employees to YOUR customers.

Enjoyable with good food great staff. Entertainment was also very good.

Great vacation just make sure you prepay the gratuities before embarkation. It’s a surprise to get hit with that additional charge on the second to last day.

We missed a day and a half at sea because of flight delays. The insurance will obviously cover you canceling but just about nothing else is covered. They don’t help when it comes to us having to spend more money because of weather delays. Flying in the day before is what we will look to do next time. Or get insurance through carnival

Chose the Vista out of Galveston thinking that it would save us (family of 5) money on our cruise vacation. However, Carnival now charges for so many things (food, entertainment, etc) onboard that the price of the cruise ends up being considerably higher than the rate you pay up front. Add to that the additional cost of transportation to and from Galveston, and I found that this cruise ended up costing us more than a comparable 7 day cruise on another cruiseline with a larger ship out of Port Canaveral, Ft. Lauterdale, or Miami. Will not use Carnival again - we'll stick with the "other" cruise line for the better ship layout, added space, and fewer extra charges onboard.

If you are thinking of booking the Vista... Please do so. You will have so much fun.

Overall it was a great cruise. Highly recommend Havana area.

Overall it was great just a little crowded and long lines for buffett and burgers but dining room was very nice

Fun times with friends! Entertainment was great, especially the salsa band and the piano bar.

Joey was an amazing cruise director. His personality great, his honesty and integrity was amazing, he made the cruise very fun. What an amazing job he did. Thank you!

From start to finish it was better than we imagined. Booking the Vista again...but to be honest cannot wait to book the Mardi Gras coming soon!

Had a major problem with the gift shop that sells cosmetics. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Good but more expensive than a 10 day trip to Hawaii or a 12 day trip to Europe.
