Review summaryCarnival did their best to make sure all guests had a great time! on the other hand, dropped the ball! instead of giving my the credit promised to me they gave me less than half. I called on my first day of the cruise was on the phone for over an hour ( there goes time taken from my vacation) and the manager promised me the remaining balance would be sent over to carnival by Tuesday. Thursday comes and still nothing! I have been using for a long time now for all of my family vacations, and I book at least 4 rooms with them at a time, sometimes twice a year. They said they apologize but had no idea why their manager would tell me that my credit would be available by Tuesday. I am in customer service and as a loyal platinum customer, I expected to be treated WAY better than this. If you value honesty and integrity, book through someone else! Let your friends and family know that will tell you one thing to get you to book with them, and not follow through. I NEVER complain, I just try to see the good and make the best of it. But my family and I are going on another cruise in December and will be reserving our 24 cabins with another travel agency. It is sad when you spend thousands and thousands of your hard earned money, just to get screwed over. , moving forward i hope you value your customers and don't loose them over an onboard credit of $125.00 promised by YOUR employees to YOUR customers.
