Review summary

Overall we had a good time. I would definitely go again, but I think some service improvements could be made. Also my travel agent promised distilled water to be waiting in our room and we ended up having to purchase it, even though we told several people it was promised.

overall staff was great. I did have several that didn't want to get me a drink from my drink package. Even had two wait staff argue over who was going to go get it once because neither of them wanted to.

Unless the travel agent was going to purchase the distilled water for you, Carnival will charge you always. My inlaws have to purchase everytime for their cpap machines.

What did you think of the food? Your opinion is the only one that matters. As for the wait staff, to be honest, after the pandemic, they have gotten kind of lackadaisical on all cruiseline ships. I think the ones that are on there now did not expect the workload to be so "Heavy on steady."
