Review summary

For as short staffed as they were, the majority of the workers were kind and smiling. Carnival isn't my favorite but they are very cost effective.

Moises was AMAZING!!! He was very attentive and knew our names...very friendly and if our hands were full, he would run to our door to open. He was perfect!!! Gerald was my FAVORITE bartender at tides bar!!! Always smiling! Always friendly! Always fast!!! He was the best!!!! Then there was Tamara at the red frog bar. As perfect as Gerald was, she was the exact opposite. Rude...stating she would get yo us when she could. When another gentlemen said that we were 1st she stated she knew and we could wait. Never smiled. Clearly doing her job was an interruption to her day. I've never seen an employee on a cruise ship be so down right rude and miserable. She should probably try another profession.

Pool was disgusting. Floors not cleaned. The ship was short staffed so often dirty dishes on tables regardless of the staff hustling like crazy.

Appreciate your details. While it might seem that breakfast choices are the same at the buffet, with all the options you could have something different every day and still not taste everything offered. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations.

Sorry you had a bad experience, I was on the Vista Apr 14-20 and had an amazing time. Marty is a great CD and I love how helpful everyone was. We had a mishap in our room and they paid for our pictures because we didn’t want to go to the specialty restaurants. I go on the Mardi Gras in June, can’t wait!!! I am on vacation….don’t have to cook or clean for a while 8 days lol!!!!!

To continue... the Lido Marketplace food was never cold, and the breakfast was not the same every day. The entertainment was great. Comedians were very funny in the PG and adult shows and the music/dance shows in the Liquid Lounge were phenomenal.

8 of us sailed back2back on the Vista, Apr 6-20, 2024. We did not see anything on the ship that was dirty (other than the windows), especially not any of the pool or hot tubs.
