Embarkation was great. Very smooth. Did have to wait a little while because my mom needed wheel chair assistance to get on the ship but, that’s understandable because a lot of people needed wheel chair assistance.

Food was wonderful in the dining room. Breakfast and lunch buffet wasn’t so good. Not a good variety at all but, guys burgers, blue iguana cantina burritos and the pizza and the deli were delicious.

Pools were really nice. Activities were good. Loved the music in the atrium each night. The white night party was so much fun.

Our Cabin was perfect for us. We had an ambulatory cabin this time which was great for my mom. There was a shower chair in the shower and hand railings in the bathroom. Also the cabin was a little bit bigger. My mom uses a walker that’s on wheels. On our previous cruise my mom was afraid to take a shower because no shower chair like we have at home and some days the ship was really moving so, she was afraid that she was going to fall. We will request an ambulatory cabin for each cruise we go on now.
Ship tip
The carnival vista was one of my favorite ships. I highly recommend it
Amazing port. Beach and shopping right there where the ship docks. We just spent the day at the port. Went to the beach for about two hours and than went shopping there and bought a lot.
