Review summary

7 day cruise out of Galveston Texas. Some people never wore a mask inside walking around. Yet for the most part everyone followed the health protocols. The crew were always cleaning. If you have concerns about sailing at this time, I can say I felt very safe during this cruise.

No social distancing. Waiting to get checked in and some people pulled their masks down while standing in line. Staff never corrected anyone in line.

The chocolate melting cakes were cooked. Had to turn 6 back till we got 1 that was melting.

Cabin / Stateroom

Great room by location. As you open the window you will see the whole bottom of the life boat blocking your view outwards. If you look flush with the window ledge you will see out however it was quite never heard the lifeboats as the ship was in rough seas. Lots of light came into the room. Far enough away from outside venues. View of bottom of lifeboat and pier in Cozumel.

Getting off the ship in Galveston you will be in 1 of 2 lines passport or birth certificate. Once you go through the lines you will meet up at the same face scanning devices. So it really didn’t matter what line you were in. No one checked our passport or birth certificates.
