Review summary

My family and I were part of a large group (27). We had a wonderful time. We wished it was a couple of days longer! We will do it again. The highlight was the NBA championship game which played on the seaview deck. Half the ship was there watching it!

Boarding was delayed because ship was late; however communication was excellent in terms of keeping us informed. Once boarding resumed, I thought it went very well.

Ship tip

Need to have more hands on deck to help with guest services during the last 2 days of sailing. Should be able to book airport transportation shuttles on line or at kiosks on ship.
