Review summary

needs lots of improvement, for a new ship we expected a lot better, more staff in casino, dining room staff did not seem to know menu, and slow, never met room steward, lido area always needed tables cleared, no wait staff in lido area late at night

We were with you on this cruise. While I don't totally agree with you regarding the Vista the embarkation process was horrible. The worst of any cruise, by far.
