Review summary
Pros: Overall the staff was very good, in particular our steward and her assistant were wonderful. Spent some time in spa, getting massage, my wife got a facial. Excellent staff and service there. The fitness center was top rate. The food in the dining rooms was excellent, on the lido deck ranged from fair to good. The musicians in the lounges throughout the ship were overall excellent. In general the excursions were well run, on time and lots of fun. Cons: Too much smoking. We had to avoid seeing several of the musicians we liked because the lounge they were performing in was too smoky for my wife to be able to breathe. The dining room service while overall good, was spotty (forgetting to bring something asked for). The big productions done nightly were not to our tastes, but others liked them. Despite the presence of maps, the layout was confusing. To get to lounges/dining hall on aft 3 you had to go up to 5 and then back down. This was not obvious from the maps. After a couple of days I could get around the ship fairly well, but the first few days were confusing.Ship experiences
