Review summary

This was the WORST cruise we have ever (Diamond Family) taken. Terrible food. Pools closed. Too many people. 1 hour wait for breakfast. AWFUL!!

Awful - They dump you out on a NYC street

My husband and I were on the same cruise, we had a great time...the only thing is the black ash once in awhile...otherwise, no complaints

Was on this same cruise. Never had more than a 20 minute wait for any meal seating in the MDR and we attend all meals there, except when we did specialty restaurants. Can not confirm soot closing the aft pool, we only sat around the mid ship one, but never heard others complain that a pool was out of commission. Obviously you did not tip your porter well or (s)he would of set you up on the second level for a pick-up (personal, private, and tlc vehicles only) or you were using any rideshare app, whom all refuse to do pick-ups on port property. Lower level is only for shuttle services.

"Worst cruise ever taken" but no other cruises listed? They "dump you off" at the same place you got on. I don't believe this review at all.

they dumped you out into a NY street for debarkation? what were you expecting? a tropical paradise when you came back? I'm curious cause I'm laughing at this entire review

Our Favorite Ship

Terrible never again. Soot was all over the ship from the engine stack. People complaining they couldn’t sit on their balcony. People who are. Not wearing shoes their feet became black . The lounge chairs were dirty
