I’m sure the crowds were more frustrating than normal since this was the first US cruise. I’m sorry you had a bad time, perhaps don’t book the first cruise of a new ship.

I would not choose a 4 day party cruise on a ship just converted from Costa and expect too much.

Wow .hope this gets better..I don't sail til next year..I can make the best of my 17th cruise..I go to cruise and relax..not drink so something depend on expectations..sorry it wasn't up to par for u
