This was for my 1 Year Anniversary and we had a terrible time. Very expensive for a yucky cruise! I certainly hope they consider refunding people some money if not offer a free cruise to try and make up for this awful experience! I booked this same ship for April of 2024 and I am highly considering having my whole family cancel and switch to Royal Caribbean.

The food tasted like dog food! The only decent joints are the pizzeria and round guys and the lines for those were extremely long! You can only eat so much of the same food. My scrambled eggs were always in puddles of water. The meat tasted fake and the ground beef for lasagna was mush. They constantly asked did you not like the food! No I did not. The desserts were over cooked for what they were. I am very disappointed. Last I sailed carnival was 2005. I can see why! They ran out of Malibu rum on the 1st main day? How is this possible for a 4 night cruise.

The pools and hot tubs are extra small! I didn’t even go in them because it was nearly impossible.

The comedy shows were great. Where are the stunt shows, ice skating shows, the shows where they sing and perform? This cruise lacked everything!

I didn’t have my child but the camp ocean I got to tour it and I’m very impressed with it.

The waiters never could seat us at our table directly. They had no sense of direction where table #’s were located. I had to tell them how to seat myself.

This isn’t a carnival layout. Access to different levels made it very hard to get too.
Cabin / Stateroom

Not an issue with cabin other than the door lock jammed so our door wasn’t locking. Thankfully our cleaner called it in since he noticed it and h was amazing.

Don’t sail on it. It’s rated #80 and I can see why!
Appreciate your feedback. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Surprised that there were so many issues since the president of Carnival (Christine Duffy) was on that sailing. Of course being the first sailing out of the USA port, usually brings bumps. Hopefully, it gets better.
I totally agree with you- was on the same cruise- it was terrible!! Will never go on Carnival again. We usually go on Norwegian and a Royal. Worst cruise ever!!
Sorry you didn’t enjoy. I guess it depends on who is reviewing because there have been very mixed reviews on here. Complete extremes.
