I’ve been on many cruises and this one was disappointing

There were alot of NO'S...NO MORNING ROOM SERVICE, NO FLAVOR OF FOOD, NO EVENING SERVICE OF CABINS, NO FUTURE CRUISE DESK....So many limitations that I am really considering cancelling my next scheduled cruise

Cruise was good. No problems, good service, good food. All cruises are good cruises.

This was my first cruise experience and I enjoyed myself to the fullest. It was the ultimate birthday gift to me!!

We have cruised many times but never with Carnival. We took a chance and will not be using Carnival again. Too many obnoxious people who just wanted to get drunk and ruined it for those who wanted to enjoy the cruise and the entertainment without the craziness.

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of activities, food and drink varieties.

The staff were amazing, they were always happy and helpful. Food was good, not amazing. The one night we ate in our assigned dining area I was not impressed. Overall, they did a great job of organizing a huge ship of people and made a super fun experience.

Carnival is the cheaper option and you get what you pay for. I was not expecting the lack of kid's entertainment. Yes, they have Camp Ocean but we didn't go on a family vacation to shove our kids in a day care. We wanted to do things together and the lack of that really bothered us. Outside of that, everything else was amazing. The staff was top notch as always. The food was very good, maybe a step down from years past. But overall, we are still very pleased with what we got for what we paid and would still highly recommend cruising to anyone and everyone, kids or no.

The cruise itself was a lot of fun. However, the weather was a bit chilly. I will sail out of NOLA again!

The entertainment and activities on the ship were pretty good, however, we didn’t have any interest in gambling in the casino or playing bingo. We wish you didn't have to pay to play Deal or No Deal and BINGO, and instead of paying for cash, Carnival could have offered Carnival prizes. Zack, the cruise director, did a phenomenal job. We really enjoyed a small ensemble identified as the rock band, but they did a good mix of music from several eras and a wide variety of artists. The two lead singers, a female named Gem and a male named Marion, were strong vocalists, and their band was top-notch. The guitar player, Juan, from Argentina, was extremely talented. The food was hit and miss. Some stuff on the buffet was good, but the best meals were the evening meals in the dining room, and from some of the specialty restaurants onboard, like Guy Fieri’s Burger Joint.

Wonderful first time cruising with the family. Everyone on the staff was wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend and would go again.

This is a vacation I needed. The app is helpful. And if there is multiple people in the crew, chat helps stay in touch.

Overall, I would return for the amazing service that we received from the amazing men and women who work tirelessly for our experience.

I have gone on 5 cruises with Carnival and this was the worst experience. They over-booked the ship in my opinion. You had to wait in lines for everything, we waited for 1 1/2 hours for the lunch buffet on one of the days at sea. The food was not nearly as good as we have had in past cruises. Activities were limited so the few they had were packed and the spaces were not big enough to accommodate everyone.

The cruise was great had it not been overshadowed by the toilet issue. We really enjoyed Progreso snd found the staff onboard the ship to be friendly. The ship was outdated but clean.

some things cant be helped- but Carnival was very interested in getting all the money they could from us. We never complained about that. But when they made no effort to compensate for lost visit to Progresso they killed any understanding from us.

I love Carnival Cruise line. The staff and ships are amazing.

It was a good getaway. Great weather! Staff was friendly and helpful. We bought 2 canvas photos from dress up night.

Beware if you don’t like the smell of Marijuana. Everywhere you go, that’s all you smell. We paid extra for a Balcony room and couldn’t enjoy it because of the marijuana smell hitting you in the face. I tried telling guest services and their reply was that I would need to either call or come down and let them know every time I smell it. So basically I would have spent the entire trip either A. Waiting in the long lines for guest services or B. Waiting for them to pick up the phone ( was on hold every time I tried to call). I am not sure why they even have drug dogs at the port.
