Review summary

We have cruised many times but never with Carnival. We took a chance and will not be using Carnival again. Too many obnoxious people who just wanted to get drunk and ruined it for those who wanted to enjoy the cruise and the entertainment without the craziness.

Most everything was WAY too loud. We loved the string trio (New Age) but so many people around us were loud and drunk and spoiled the experience. Also, a lot of teens making fun of the entertainment.

This is not a quiet relaxing cruise. Lots of overweight, beer swilling, noisy people.

We have been to passion island before (about 10 years ago) and were disappointed this time. The food was awful -- just tacos. Last time there was a nice buffet with several choices. Also, the drinks were way watered down. 4 margaritas and did not feel a thing.
