Amazing rock review, lounge performances & comedians. Gustavo the piano lounge performer, was our favorite. He played what everyone wanted to hear and really cared about our experiences.

This is the main reason we’d return. The staff was above excellent. Here are some that really stood out: Welly, Rowell & MaryAnne ( Washington room), Paola (Serenity bar), Tatianna, Adi and Orland (Alchemy bar)

The staff were ever present cleaning up around us.

We couldn’t believe how much storage space was in that room. Staff kept it very clean and tidy.

Ship tip

Don’t worry about having enough room. With 4 people, there were spaces we didn’t even need.

Technically, our excursion was in Playa del Carmen and it what was fantastic. Cancun Adventures went out of their way to ensure our safety and satisfaction, and we’re concerned about returning us on time. The cenote and the snorkeling with sea turtles was not only one of the coolest things we did but the staff and venue leaders were very protective of the natural preservation.
