We are seasoned Carnival Cruisers- WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE VALOR - taking into consideration this is not a brand new ship and a smaller ship you get a TON of bang for your buck - TOP NOTCH AS USUAL CARNIVAL!

The cruise was amazing. TJ is the best cruise director ever, and our waiters at table 305 were amazing in the Washington Dining room for early dining. I was really worried because this was my first cruise, but it was amazing, and now I know I have nothing to worry about. If your going on a cruise I recommend booking a cruise with TJ as your director. The activities and shows are awesome. I really can not wait to do this again. Oh and cozumel is amazing!!!!

For my first cruise i was very disappointed and for the money i spent i expected better cust service ot just respect...our 3 servers at the mdr were excellent friendly caring no matter where they saw us...

My family had a blast. Every one was so nice. There is always something going on which I love. Amazing food. Amazing room amazing time couldn’t complain about anything

The ship was beautiful!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. TJ our cruise director always kept us informed. Cozumel was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the all inclusive resort in Progreso. I will do it again.

It was a super fun time! The food was pretty good. All services I encountered the staff was absolutely amazing. Our excursions through carnival were expensive, but were also a blast. And I definitely felt safer booking through them. The only thing that super sucked was disembarkation. They send all the passengers to two floors on the ship and we had to wait until our floor was called before we could leave. I'm not sure if this is how every cruise is, but the system was horrible. Everyone was cramped. And there was like no where to hangout. They started at 815 and we luckily got off at 1015. But I felt super sorry for people that had to wait longer. Besides that though it was a great time!

Everyone was super nice and the welcome crew was AMAZING! we were able to board so quick and smoothly! The food was pretty great (the buffet, blur iguana, Guy's burger, and the pizza). our room was nice and kept clean. Extremely relaxing and gotta say the best vacation we've been on!!! On the downside... the food in the main dining (Lincoln) was a bit of a let down, especially after getting all dressed up. the only thing we found there that we liked was the steak and a few of the desserts... all the other food was either pretty bland, on the small side (if it was any good), or generic food made to look fancy. Also one of our wine glasses that we pre bought from the fun shop went missing after the steward cleaned on day 2.

This was our third cruise but first with just my husband and I. This trip was the most amazing, exhilarating experience we have ever had! Everything we did was exciting and wonderful, including the tropical storm which hit us while in Progresso. We were on an excursion, at the Jaguar bus' private beach and they took incredible care of making sure we were all provided for. By the time the rain passed, we were soaked but laughing at our stories we now had to tell! The Valor's crew was incredible- everyone was friendly I came across.

Had a great time! The Valor was always clean. The staff were all helpful and called us by name. TJ the cruise director did a great job keeping us informed. The only problem we had was the internet package purchased ahead of time never worked, ever. We gave up after two days and guest services canceled it for us and we’ll be getting a refund.

Every staff member was super nice. Everyone of them spoke to us when we passed them in hallway. Andre was our steward and he was the best!!! We had an issue with the washer and dryer. For some reason our sign and sail cards were not working. We were upset and complaining and every staff member that assisted was super nice and patient with us. TJ the cruise director is awesome. Has high energy and funny. The bingo lady, can’t remember her name but she had an English accent, she was super awesome. She was very entertaining and great with kids. Can’t wait until I can cruise again.

Room service food horrible! Construction on the boat no slide no pool that kids could enjoy..I was not told there would be construction . Not relaxing at all. To hear hammering an sanding grinding all day every day! Drink package is a joke. If your not sitting at bar good luck getting a drink. Not kid friendly at all unless you wanna drop your kids off in day care, No thank you I wanted to be with my kids. But between the fights at pool an drinks no way too.. because one pool was close no place for kids to enjoy! I would not have went if I would have know I had to deal with my kids not getting to play outside. I know carnival don’t care my 2000$ means nothing. Worst vacation ever

We had a good time. the dining room was really good. We had fun at the casino. What are you luck Cozumel. The staff was great and our room steward Asmail from Indonesia was awesome!

Overall,the cruise was not bad.Excursion we did was not worth the $ we spent. The sports bar only had 4 games showing,& although no one wanted to watch a particular game,the bartender was not allowed to put on the game we wanted to watch.

i am a big fan of Carnival so i do not take pleasure in saying anything negative about the cruise line. however the issue needs to be addressed. as i said i am a BIG FAN of Carnival and will always sale Carnival just not the Valor.

My daughter and I had a great time on this ship. We met some really good people. Enjoyed the comedy clubs. The food was great. And of course the bartenders were wonderful.Our next cruise will be on the Vista next year, a family cruise there will be 13 of us. I really can't wait come on August 2019.

This was my 3rd cruise and it was Great!Folks The Valor is an Excellent ship,and my Favorite of the 3 ive been on.Not an easy decision.Three things in particular won me over on The Varlor.The group of cruisers on FB before the cruise got it going.I didn't get to meet any of these folks on board, but i know a good time wad haf by all.2]The Theme and decor of this ship are very cool!Pics to come..3]The Staff...folks, Carnival is good at being Consistent at being Inconsistent.Except when it comes to their staff!The staff on The Valor were unbelievable at being johnny on the spot and going out of their way to help...The staff has been great on all 3 cruises, but The Valor staff stuck out..The food was good,plenty to do..I liked the Coffee shop.TJ,the cruise director was cool,i guess..lol,i dont pay much attention those guys....Anyways folks, cruise The Valor folks!Its a Great Ship!

We had an amazing time! Only complaint: they charged us $15 to drink our own wine in the dining room for our anniversary!! They didn't even have to open it. Ridiculous!
