i was very please with the crew staff however i was so displeased with the actual cruise ship. the ship is in desperate need of an upgrade.

i am a big fan of Carnival so i do not take pleasure in saying anything negative about the cruise line. however the issue needs to be addressed. as i said i am a BIG FAN of Carnival and will always sale Carnival just not the Valor.Embarkation
