Review summary

Overall,the cruise was not bad.Excursion we did was not worth the $ we spent. The sports bar only had 4 games showing,& although no one wanted to watch a particular game,the bartender was not allowed to put on the game we wanted to watch.

The performers themselves were great. The Country Road show was painful to watch. There wasn’t a single top 20 song in the mix. The DJ on deck 12( the night of the staff party,we were not allowed in the night club and the Accommodations that were made for the guests were a joke) was rude, and would not take requests (no one was on the dance floor) The Karaoke songs need a facelift. New songs is a must.

We had the opportunity to have a private photo shoot with Jasmina in Dream Studios. It is located directly beneath the arcade which was annoying as we were trying to get posed for photos.

We did the Chichen Itza excursion that cost $74.99 a person. 7 hours long. 2 hours and 15 minute drive to the ruins and the same amount back. The excursion description stated 7 hours. So, 4 hours and 30 minute travel time shou have given us at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours to enjoy the excursion. We were at the ruins for approximately 45 minutes, maybe an hour. It was a waste of money and not worth $75 a person.

Carnival has no control over the cheers package not being available on the first day. Blame the state of Texas for that one.

i was very please with the crew staff however i was so displeased with the actual cruise ship. the ship is in desperate need of an upgrade.
