Review summary

Same food everyday, same shows, no variety. Very hard to navigate the small. Some workers were very unfriendly. It almost felt like u were a problem for them. We were put at a table with people we didn't know, would have enjoyed sitting with our own friends.

I have been on several ships and carnival is my least favorite!! I enjoy cruising, but it was a horrible experience!!

Same food everyday. Did you try the Main Dining Room, which has a different menu each night? I like the Blue Iguana too, especially for breakfast. What about Guys Burgers? Or the Mongolian Wok? The Lidl buffet has a great variey of foods, of course.

When we travel with friends or family we always make sure our reservations are hooked up so we can be seated with them in MDR. You might have even been able to have changes made the first night but definitely before hand.

If you want to sit with friends also on the ship you need to link reservations or do ytd and show up together.

Lesson learned research before you cruise it’s your vacation been on many cruises different cruise lines never had a problem always researched hope next time is better don’t give up

The Valor was my least favorite. The staff was rude . my room stewart guy must have thought i was gay. It was a trip with my aunt. I guess because we had the bed just as a king . He never gave me the things i asked for and then tries to avoid us as much as possible. He just acted so weird.

We too enjoyed everything about the Valor. You do know you can pick anytime dining and sit at your own table if you would rather not sit with others.

Sorry didn’t enjoy your cruise. I have enjoyed the Valor and really liked all the activities offered. I think sitting with others you don’t know at meals is great. I have met some really good people and had amazing conversations.

Sounds like cruising isn’t for you. We cruised the Valor a few years ago and loved it. We found plenty of variety in the dining room and at the buffet and thought the food quality was as good as can be expected when feeding several thousand people 3 meals a day. We also found plenty of entertainment options on the ship and loved the comedy club.
