Review summary

This was my 5 cruise my expectations where high pass customer focus experience spoiled me this cruise was truly a disappointment. Limited food times and options LONG wait times for meals. Waited over an hour to get purchases made onshore and on the ship. Just seemed like Carnival is no longer concern with customer connivence and repeat business. So disappointed

We sailed on valor 3 times in 15 months. ( san juan 7days san juan) we liked it,it is Carnival ...if you want better food and service go to holland or princess.
