Review summary

We won't be cruising Carnival again. The crews lack of interest is understandable with the type of guests Carnival is attracting now. Low fares attract low life individuals. We saw one man pick up his steak with his hands to eat it. He never used a knife and fork. Trashy trashy people!! We're not snobs, but refuse to cruise again with animals.

Scarlett restaurant was excellent! Lincoln dining was great! The Lido buffet was horrible. We got silverware several times with dried egg on it. Not a pleasant experience at all!

The wait staff in the Lincoln dining room was excellent as well as our room steward. The staff in The Lido restaurant was almost non existent. Tables were filthy and not being cleaned. Yulia (a hostess) was the sweetest staff member we have ever had on any of our cruises. We would see her out and about on the ship and she always stopped to visit with us. This young lady deserves recognition for her excellent guest relations!!

Soooooo glad you're not a snob. Glad I won't be sailing with you in June. We love sailing with Carnival. Although I don't know why, I own my own business and make pretty damn good money. Ahhh the trashy life.

I've found there are people who look for anything and everything to pick out in life and find a negative about it. Then there are people like us who cherish the time we spend together as a couple on a cruise in the middle of the ocean without being connected to the lower 48. The things you pointed out are better than a day at work any day for me. Good luck with other cruise lines! Also it tells me a lot when someone has been on 7+ cruises and has a review for only one, and it's negative.

I have to admit if I saw a guy eating steak with his hands I feel I would be extremely entertained. I would follow him around all seven days to see what other interesting things he did. Man I'm low class, lol!

I was on this cruise and yes there was unattended children (teens) that got on my last nerve so I just told them like I would have done my own children. However..I did not find the staff to be unfriendly I found them to be the total opposite. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I love carnival!

We are going on our first cruise on Carnival Valor April 2020.Price is always a consideration. My wife work hard for our money and even their "low prices"is alot of money for us. Like always bad behavior will always stand out!

You have no right to judge everyone based on someone else's behavior that you didn't like. I love Carnival and I am far from low class and trashy. Same on you.

Wow what a judgy POS. A man eating a steak with his hands is a bit much but to make a blanket statement that all carnival cruises r low class animals and trash is just completely inappropriate and offensive. I support ur decision never to cruise carnival again

So sorry you had a bad experience. We have cruised with both Carnival and RCC and we enjoy Carnival way more because of the amazing customer service we have received.
