Review summary

This was my 1st cruise & over all I had a great time. Despite the few bumps we had, it was a very nice trip. I will definitely want to cruise again.

Service in the main dining area was extremely slow. Our waitress & waiter were very friendly & remembered our names each night. And the food was good. We skipped 2 nights bc of the slow service. I lost my sign & sail card & a bartender returned it to a member in my group, rather than keeping it behind the bar or turning into guest services. I was not happy about that at all. There was 1 night that house keeping didn't change our sheets & the next day we stripped the bed, so they would have to change them. Most of the people working on the ship were very friendly & helpful.

I was very confused with the layout of the ship. Although I'm a 1st time cruiser, other people in my group have been aboard other ships, that seemed less complicated far as lay out.

I absolutely loved Cozumel. We done the $89.00 Dolphin excursion & I was very pleased with everything, except the price of the pictures.

We didn't do an excursion here. I was not as impressed with Pregresso versus Cozumel. Progresso appears to be very run down & I got tired of saying "No, Thank You." Cozumel was more relaxing.
