Review summary

Staff was great food was just so so. Our muster meeting was joke very unorganized staff had no way of talking over the crowd for the head count hate to see what it would be like if we had to actually man our life boats

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
The wife and I have always heard how great the food was on a cruise Ship we found the food to be very average at best

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We are an older couple but our younger family members enjoyed them

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Comedy and live music was good comedy act was our favorite

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service and staff where great . Emerson was our room steward and we where very pleased with him . Overall all the staff very up beat and willing to help . There was a little bit of a language barrier with some of the staff.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Our first cruse so don’t have anything to compare to. The staff seemed to be working on cleaning and maintaining quite a bit and appears to be doing a good job. However the ship is showing her age carpet, upholstery and some painted surfaces needed attention

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Pleased with the Cabin lots of storage and drawers good lighting. Bathroom was a nice size too

Ship tip

Talk to as many people as you can that you can that have sailed on the ship recently to get the best ideas

Ports of call

New Orleans, Louisiana

Not to impressed but in all fairness did not spend enough time to really make a good opinion.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We stayed in the tourist area and shopped and ate but next time we will do an excursion. The color of the water was beautiful and the air was so clean and fresh but it was quite warm will come again

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

5 out of 5
This was the most enjoyable things we did as a family. Just relaxed on the beach enjoyed the beautiful sights and sounds. The one thing that made this trip so memorable was our tour guide on the bus to the Reef Hotel his name was Alejandro Fitzmaurice Laviada He was such a warm and passionate ambassador for his country enjoyed it immensely. He educated, informed and entertained us great experience thank you Alejandro

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Much better than the embarkation should have been more staff at the elevator area to help with info as to who was sure to be disembarking
