The staff is super friendly and all have interesting backgrounds. They put on great shows to entertain guests and make the stay as fun as possible.
Embarkation

Smooth sailing. The bus ride was fast on, organized, and fast off. Check in through security was easy and fast. The final check in counter was helpful. The man working gave us a run down of what to expect as first time cruisers. Only confusion was he said we could lock our ID and Passports up in our room and just use our sail cards on excursion day....luckily we heard the announcement over the intercom to take an ID with us in order to get back through Mexico security.

Food and Dining

The buffet was a blast lost of options, always clean, and the staff that goes around cleaning were incredibly friendly. Our sit down dinners were also a blast. Milan and his crew Georgian(name may be wrong) and I can't remember the others name unfortunately were fantastic! I was amazed that they remembered our names after the first night and even our card numbers so we could order drinks with out having to rummage through our bags for our sail cards. Those three guys ran like a well oiled machine and were so friendly. If we have questions they stood by us and explained, they laughed and joked with us, and during entertainment time they put on a great dance show:). I also enjoyed seeing the one down at the casino bar afterwards were he would make our drinks. It was nice having a friendly face to chat with. Our last night I said surprise me for dessert and the guys didn't fail. They all deserve a big pay on the back.
Onboard Activities

Lots of variety and the staff are always full of energy. Kerel (probably spelt his name wrong a younger guy from russia perhaps) was great during BINGO. He would jump around get people pumped up and was always happy and friendly!
Spa Carnival

This was a weird experience. The lady must have thought I fell asleep because multiple times she took a break and barely massaged me... this was my first massage so I wasn't sure what to expect but.... probably won't fork out that kind of money. They were friendly before and after though.

80's performance night was the best. Who knew so much talent was crammed into one ship.
Service and Staff

Red Frog. I never got her name but a bartender from Uganda was amazing. She was so friendly and during down time when we were the only guests in there we shared stories. She did a great job making drinks and this ended up being our favorite stop on the ship.
Ship Quality

I thought the staff did a great job cleaning up after the slobs aboard. Lets face it people are rude and leave drinks, food, and mess EVERYWHERE! The staff were always hustling around cleaning up and were always in a good mood.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our steward Anthony (Tony) was great. He stopped by and introduced himself to us on our first day. He asked us when we preferred he stop by to clean, not wanting to intrude on our stay. I thought this was very nice of him. Whenever we passed him in the hallway he always said Hello! and asked us how we were enjoying ourselves. He also left some great towel art each day which I know is expected but over all Tony and his staff were so friendly!
We did a catamaran and beach excursion. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the excursion but it is what it is. The excursion itself was a bit of a dud. The team Fury seemed more interested in tips then anything.
Mayan ruins with traditional mexican lunch and fiesta. We had Irwin as our guide and he was VERY informative. We saw and learned so much in that day and it was worth every penny. This port was beautiful, clean, and the shops were well maintained. I would definitely do this again.
We had a delay due to weather...nothing anyone can do about this. The staff was friendly though and went above and beyond to accommodate us all and make things smooth.
