I was in room 1236 Aurelio was amazing beyond expectations! We felt he was so imformative and it really helped since we were first time cruisers. We will request to stay in his area next time as well. In the washington dining room Macario, Jess, Perdeep, Sa Nguan not only kept us fed and full of drinks they also have an amazing sense of humor and kept us laughing

All was great until we got off the ship. The Friendly wonderful employees that we had on the ship had all disappeared and we ran into nothing but tired frustrated and angry workers pushing us all out of the building as fast as they could. "dont stand there" "keep it moving" " you cant wait there" " leave your bags on the other side of the line then go to the bathroom" all shouted at everyone with no smiles and bad body language
