I paid for WiFi connection and still was charged at home for my phone and the WiFi sucked there on the cruise ship. My bathroom shower didn’t drain and ended soaking the entire floor. The room air conditioner didn’t work and it was so hot in my cabin. I was tipping the entire time on my purchases and I was still charged for tip and services. I went to dinner at one of the restaurants and the lobster was way over cooked.
