Not what I expected. The rooms were not cleaned daily

I paid for WiFi connection and still was charged at home for my phone and the WiFi sucked there on the cruise ship. My bathroom shower didn’t drain and ended soaking the entire floor. The room air conditioner didn’t work and it was so hot in my cabin. I was tipping the entire time on my purchases and I was still charged for tip and services. I went to dinner at one of the restaurants and the lobster was way over cooked.

You should have said something about your room steward to customer service. They would've fixed it right away.

Did you speak with customer service on the ship and have the tips removed? Did you tip the steward after, or before? That's not normal. Did dining staff make it up to you and prepare again?
