Review summary
This was our first cruise. It was a 5-day cruise leaving Galveston and visiting Cozumel and Progresso. We had an amazing time. The crew was incredible the entire time from embarkation to debarkation.
The room steward (Michael) kept the room clean and tidy and provided everything we asked for. Our dining room team (Christian and Ramon) were always great, called us by name, and remembered our preferences for food to make suggestions we would love (and we did). The shows during the dining were really good and the team had really good dancing (especially Hendri)
We went to every show we could and there were a few we could not go to due to timing but we will on our next cruise. The entertainment team did an incredible job with the live shows, dancing, singing, bingo, comedians, and hosts.
