Review summary

Our room had issues with the air conditioner. It was taped onto the wall. We would have been happy if they provided us with a fan but they stated they had none left which made us assume that we are not the only people that had issues with the lack of air flow in the room. There was also a problem with the lights...they would flicker and took a while to turn on. Another issue we experienced was when we disembarked and waited in the long lines one of us was sent back to Guest Services stating she didnt pay because the card that was on file had issues. She specifically had got up early and waited in the long guest services line before leaving the boat to update her card and make the payment. So when we were sent back into another long line after waiting in lines all morning long we were frustrated. Other than that...the food was great, the service was good, and we were happy with the overall vacation!

I've been on the valor before and it does have a record of electrical and am problems.

We noticed that interior rooms get the coldest for us. However, we have never had an a/c issue before other than not understanding how to use it.

We had issues with our AC in 2454. What cabin were you in? We also asked for a fan. We will bring one next time. Maintenance came and opened the vent more helping somewhat.

Me personally I am never cold enough with the ac in the rooms... Last year on the Sunshine our room attendent was kind enough with a fan... This year however we bought a small one to stand on the table.
