Review summary

The ship was beautiful. The crew was very friendly. But this extra tipping? I prepaid my gratuities! You got a drink they added more to the price! ! You got charged for a lot of extras. Room service is not free!! You get charged for bucket of ice in the cabin. Thank God I had onboard credit!

Was late getting into port. 😞That cut our beach and shopping short. Make sure you know at end of excursion you have to find your own way back to ship!!

There is no charge for ice, tell your steward and it is provided. I cruised a week ago, and that was still the case.

Room service has included items, as well as extra $ items on their menu!

I thought room service was included if you order off the standard room service menu. I do know I should tip for room service. Am I mistaken about room service being included?
