Food Allergy Blessing!!!

Sail Date: September 05, 2015

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

Eva and Jessica and "Cheffy"...on the Carnival Valor went above and beyond to assist my 23 min. Old son with fatal food allergies!!!We were blessed and amazed.Nothing fancy about the cruise ship and the food was average at best but our balcony room was clean and the staff was always very helpful and friendly the only exception to that was Britney who was part of the Guest Services desk she was incredibly rude and truly did not belong on a ship full of such incredible workers who are always so willing to assist us regardless of what our need was I recommend this ship because our overall experience was good.:-)

Cabin / Stateroom
Very clean...gorgeous views!
