Review summary
You simply can not beat the price for this cruise. A super value and amazing ports of call. The ship was very clean, the staff very nice, and the shows/entertainment were some of the best we have seen and we have been on over a dozen cruises on Carnival and other lines. The only disappointment came the debarkation day when we stood in line for over an hour to collect alcohol we had purchased the first day of our cruise in their gift shop. They had attendants (with broken English) trying to assist numerous people claim thier alcohol. After over an hour of standing in line then getting sent back to the gift shop at 7 am (we were supposed to leave the ship at 7:45), the only clerk working had to locate what we had already purchased once. VERY unorganized and a disaster. We have always had alcohol delivered the night before by the staff-never a problem. This only situation has caused us to rethink purchasing any alcohol on upcoming cruises. Please ask their procedure before purchasing to save yourself a huge headache.
