Review summary

We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise! Loved the ship, the staff, the food, and the destinations. All our questions were answered kindly and all staff members were helpful and friendly. Accommodations were comfortable, and the design of the ship was easy to navigate. Have been on 2 other cruise lines and decided that Carnival is our favorite!

Phillip, our cabin steward, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and was always friendly, kind, and willing to find answers to any questions we had. Rex, our headwaiter, was kind, accommodating, friendly, and efficient, and we enjoyed seeing him each day. Our other waiter, Rolando, was funny, always smiling, kind and efficient, as well.

Ship Quality

loved the design of the ship, except for one thing........wish you would eliminate the smoking in the casino. The casino is centrally located on the ship, and the smoke permeates all throughout the area. It prevented us from spending any time there, which we would have done if we could breathe!

beautiful, great size, comfortable for the 4 of us.

Ship tip

Sail and Sign is in a very smoky area, being so close to the casino. Should either eliminate the smoking in casino, or move the Sail and Sign. Very difficult to discuss opening an account while struggling to breathe!
