Review summary

This was my second cruise.  The first one was with Norwegian (pearl) and that one was fantastic!  Our cruise started out poorly as there was an inside room that had a fire from an electical issue. We had to go to the upper deck for a few hours.  The second day there was a man that had a medical problem where we had to go hours out of the way to get him off the ship.  I do have to say they did a very good job at getting this man help and everyone applauded for a wonderful job.  The sushi bar that was suppose to be great turned out to be NO sushi bar at all. Still they had all the lights on the ship advertising for it. We had went to customer service to ask if we just missed where it was located and they said that the ship no longer had it.  I was very upset because even on the internet they had a menu posted.  My husband and my mother and her boyfriend were along and we booked "joining" balcony rooms.  Well the balcony door could not open because our doors out to the balcony would have collided.  Again we went to the service desk to complain and they said there was nothing we could do other than write a complaint to cruiseline. They said that there is no way to gaurentee balcony rooms to open together.  When we specifically asked when booking the rooms they said they did.  The anytime dining seating was a horrible option unless you waited in line before they even opened otherwise you could have waited an hour to be seated.  The food in the Lincoln was wonderful but any other place on the ship was worst than cafeteria food. The service at the bars was very slow.  It took up to 20 min any given day to get a drink or pop.  The front half of the ship smelt like sewage it was absoultely disgusting and had to plug our nose and or had to avoid the front of the ship and elevator areas.

The islands we had went to were wonderful.  Had a great time on every one of them.
