1. could not understand captain. he needs a translator. 2. poor decision making on the hurricane. we would have been better off floating and minimizing rocking. 3. Worst quality of food in 40 years of cruising. no difference between dining room and buffet. the head dining room did not ONCE come by and ask us if everything was good. Goodby carnival

We had a great time. It was an affordable way for us to spend some quality time together.

Shoutout to TJ! The best cruise director ever! He was a breath of fresh air. Loved his personality! Xavier was great also!

Food was disappointing. The included-in-ticket food was one of the reasons we choose to do a cruise for our honeymoon. We are big on foodstuffs, but not big drinkers. We ended up paying for more than we expected. The ports were nice. Wish we had more time to really explore the areas.

Overall, a very good cruise. My wife and I have cruised at least 15 times, but this was the first time since Covid. We went with our daughter and another couple. Easy embarkation and debarkation, however I do miss the priority boarding. Cleaning service is no longer twice a day, you much choose either morning or evening due to CDC and Covid I believe. Food was great as was the dining service. Ship was clean and well maintained and all staff was very friendly. I was happy to discover that the "cruising experience" had not diminished due to the Covid issues. Another cruise is already booked for December.

cruise was cut short a day due to a hurricane the cruise line treated us fairly and the cruuise was what i was looking for to relax. But I have to say that all the time with the decision that Carnival would cancel or other option our representative Jonina Olsonwolfe was on top of it and kept me informed my wife and I thank her for her efforts to make out cruise and enjoyable one even the couple that joined us on the cruise commented how she kept correct information coming our way

Overall was a good cruise. We enjoyed the adult only area.

Being my 1st cruise I was very impressed with everything that there was to do. Tons of activities and great foods.

Overall, the cruise was nice. There were some pretty good staff members who looked overworked, but there were a few amazing staff member that would keep me coming back. Jole Jole Gusti & the tall brown haired bartender who took drink orders at the casino who I think name’s close to Jasten

They asked if we were celebrating any special occasion, which we were, anniversary. They never acknowledged it on the entire trip. Why even ask ???

We had a great time once on the ship.half moon cay, the beach and eating was too far from entrance in such heat. Wished we had stayed on ship. Wished there had been several music bars.

Cruised with a few first time cruisers! We had a blast!

This was my first Carnival cruise in 21 years. For the price and because the port is so close to me (4 hour drive) I would sail on the Sunshine again, out of convenience. It was a good cruise, but nothing stood out to make me want to sail on this ship specific ship again other than it’s super convenient for a quick getaway for a good price.

We spent a lot of quality time together. We enjoyed “people watching” and staring at the beautiful sunsets. We ate way more than we should have and even had seconds on dessert a time or two. We saw two comedy shows both of which were hilarious. And we took a few chances in the casino. A great first cruise.

I am a three-star on the Holland America line and I use carnival for its distance convenience. Charleston is a great departure point and it is a disappointment that the citizens there, the elite, feel it's a burden on the city to have Cruise lines.

Overall it was a great experience and I would go on a Carnival cruise again.

Overall this was the most enjoyable cruise. The drink package, onboard credit, food and balcony really was a game changer.

Finding out without notice I was charged $100 per person for a Covid test before getting aboard soured me from the start. Otherwise, I enjoyed the cruise, The staff was very helpful the ship itself is kind of rundown.
