Review summary

1. could not understand captain. he needs a translator. 2. poor decision making on the hurricane. we would have been better off floating and minimizing rocking. 3. Worst quality of food in 40 years of cruising. no difference between dining room and buffet. the head dining room did not ONCE come by and ask us if everything was good. Goodby carnival

It seems to me the folks most likely to make good decisions relative to storms and ship safety are the captain and the cruise line safety team in port. It is a shame they did not consult you, as you seem to feel you have the same or a greater level expertise.
