All the staff were very helpful and friendly.  Particularly Emma Nixon who gave the best entertainments and made us feel like home onboard.  Our dinner server, Bosco and his team also gave us the best dinning experience.

I would recommend this cruise to everyone. Every port visited was beautiful.  Great excursions everywhere.  The boat was great.  The accommodations, food, entertainment and staff were great.  I had a great time.

This was our 1st Carnival Cruise.  We did enjoy our trip, no specific complaints, but it just wasn't what we expected.  For some reason we were bored on this ship.  Could it be just us - absolutely!!!

Would I do a Carnival Cruise again - absolutely.  We can't judge the entire Cruise Line on one "no what we expected" cruise.

Itinerary was nice, although not impressed with all the ports.

We enjoyed the cruise very much. The service was excellent, especially our room steward Lito. The ports were all very nice, but I wish there was more time to spend at them, especially Boston.  Just felt like we didn't have time to see everything we wanted.  Overall, it's a nice cruise and the weather was great in mid September.

This was our 8th cruise from 4 different companies. This was our first carnival cruise. They didn't have great entertainment or a lot of thing going on like others we've been on, but then we paid a lot less too. Comedians were great! We chose anytime dining and we never waited to be seated but they were very slow getting the food to you. Burger joint was excellent! Recommended for those that are happy just to relax and don't need to be constantly entertained..

The cruise and the ports were fantastic! This is my 6th cruise and it was very nice. The average age was about 50 years old, so no party animals on the cruise!

Loved the Portland / Kennebunkport Tour but need more time for looking around or grabbing a bite to eat.

St John (Bay of Fundy) tour was wonderful.  They took us back to see it calm and also rushing in.  That was great!!  Also needed more time to grab a bite to eat.

Halifax Tour was great also!!  

Worse part was the disorganization of the Transportation from the port to the airports.  Once we got on the bus it was a breeze!!  No markings on the buses as to where they were going and hardly anyone around to let you know anything.

This rating is mostly based on the service from all the staff and crew.  They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and just the BEST.  Other aspects (dining choices, access to ports, ship design) not so much...

My favorite part of the cruise was the comedy shows. The comedians were top notch and kept us in stitches. The itinerary was great. It provided the opportunity to experience both historical/cultural events and phenomenal acts of nature. The Bay of Fundy tidal changes were most impressive.

On the bitter side there was one experience that was really disturbing. At the Halifax port call he cruise ship handed out numbers for debarkation. This was done on a first come basis instead of allowing passengers to debark at their leisure. Only two people were handing out numbers which created a long, slow moving line. Those on excursions purchase through the cruise line were not required to get a number and were given priority for debarking. The most disturbing part of the whole thing for my party was that we had a tour set up for a specific time which we would not meet because the ship arrived late and we had a high debarkation number. When this was explained to the Cruise Director, her response was "Tell them to suck it up." Not a very caring attitude!

Enjoyed Lobster night & entertainment was over all good!

joked how everything was AWESOME & than are seeing it all over since we

got off the ship!

Was pleasantly surprised by the lack of children, than realized they were in school !

The munster drill needs to be more strongly stressed that EVERYONE NEEDS to be ON TIME so we would  not have had to stand so long.  There were some people around  me (75), younger than me, having trouble standing for the length of time due to late arrivers.

The entertainment was fantastic!  The performers were the best I have seen on any cruise ship. The food was good and the dining room service was excellent.  Lots of things to do on the ship.  The director was great and kept us moving.

this was a wonderful cruise, the ship was well appointed and staff was friendly and attentive.  Seeing the seals in Halifax was a treat. It was calm sailing and relaxing. Good food choice for all meals.

Lucklily I was not a first time cruiser, as port information was not done other than shore excursions and there was no information book in our stateroom which seemed very odd.  We were at a lose for ports we have never been too. There was only some shirts in the stores on ship for Canada which was disappointing. Everything even the announcements from the cruise director were meant for the Caribbean

Cruise was excellent!  Want to recognize a few of your staff that made the cruise even better.  Fitzroy was our Cabin Steward (room 2266) and he was outstanding.  Everytime we saw him he was working so hard to keep the cabins maintained, he was always there when we needed him and when we asked him about something once (i.e. ice in the bucket, extra towel) he never forgot it the rest of the cruise.  We only had to mention it to him once.  In the dining room we were very pleased with Monika (we were in the 321-323 table range).  We had "any time" dining and when we got Monika we continued to ask for her each night.  In the spa Shiela P. was wonderful - it was the best spa experience ever, she was outstanding.  Overall the cruise exceeded our expectations.

Buffet needs improvement, many breakfast items not warm enough some cold. Little variety in comparison to some other cruise lines. Balcony cabin nice, clean.

Ports visited were very nice.

Despite the high winds & rough seas the cruise to Canada was  wonderful, Food was very good Shows were very good Cabin 1443 very large for an oceanview with picture window.

on board activities the best. Cd Emma was one of the best cruise directors. Food was very good overall waiters danced on tables special nites.lobster one nite and prime rib 2 nites.ytd was good never any line if you went later than 630. The ship handled gale winds very well

It was great to visit 3 city ports and surroundings, besides NY, in a short period of time - Maine and St John were beautiful. Food was good and plentiful.

Evening entertainment was good, but day time entertainment for adults was limited on days at sea.  

First time with Carnival did not meet our expectations.

Too much emphasis drinking and gambling!!!!!

THERE WAS NO BEST PART.  EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME.  THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE FOOD.  THE FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT, IT WAS NOT VERY HOT.  ON MOST OCCASIONS IT WAS COLDER

We enjoyed our trip immensely. The food was wonderful. And all of our servers were fantastic. They knew our first names each time they served us.  Great sense of humor, all three of them! Our room was just right for the two of us. Plenty of  storage. Housekeeping picked up after us and kept the room spotless  We were glad to have that service because we were exhausted after touring each city.  I must admit, I really loved Peggy's Cove. The little town with its beautiful scenery, reminded me of one of my favorite shows, "Murder She Wrote". We will cruise with you again for-sure!
