Great Cruise / Horrible Transportation

Sail Date: September 17, 2016

Reviewed: 2 months ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

Loved the Portland / Kennebunkport Tour but need more time for looking around or grabbing a bite to eat.

St John (Bay of Fundy) tour was wonderful.  They took us back to see it calm and also rushing in.  That was great!!  Also needed more time to grab a bite to eat.

Halifax Tour was great also!!

Worse part was the disorganization of the Transportation from the port to the airports.  Once we got on the bus it was a breeze!!  No markings on the buses as to where they were going and hardly anyone around to let you know anything.

Cabin / Stateroom
Very nice cabin, really liked it.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Disembarkation was horrible. First time I ever cruised out of New York and it will definitely be my last. Very disorganized Port. Stood in line almost the length of the luggage claim area to get to the elevator and then told had to go back to the end of another line that was just as long. No signs to direct you.
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Only comment is they should add some time in the excursions to allow for us to eat.
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Service and Staff
Our Room Stewardess Yosefin was fantastic!! She went out of her way to make sure we were happy and did a great job.
Food and Dining
Sushi Restaurant was great!!
Our Waiter Spritz and his team did a wonderful job of serving us and entertaining us as well.

Tip

Serenity Deck is a wonderful place to relax. Peaceful and quiet, great for reading or taking a nap even. Comfortable chairs, hammocks, clamshell chairs if it is breezy. Wonderful!!
