Cleanliness unsatisfactory. Food quality terrible. With Covid, food at buffets should be served by staff serving utensils were touched by everyone. Unhealthy

I had a wonderful time. My Stateroom Steward was very helpful in making my Solo Cruise exciting. I will cruise Solo again.

All things considered, this was a good cruise. The ports of call made all the difference.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 10-day Caribbean cruise on the Carnival Sunshine. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful. Accommodations were clean and good. We especially enjoyed the views from our balcony. The excursions made each of the islands stand out in our minds as great places to visit. We will certainly be cruising again.

Except for a disappointing embarkation and a cramped stateroom as a result, we all had a great time.

Do NOT take Carnival out of Miami. The worst experience possible.

Over all ok cruise but because there was issue with ship we only ported twice not good on an 8 day cruise they did not plan very well should have back up plan in case over all staff moral was down and wasn’t the best cruise we have been on but we tried to make the best of it

Really was able to focus on relaxing and having a good time! Staff was great.

Had there been less people, this cruise would have been excellent. We waited a lot and couldn't do activities because of the crowds. Long lines for burgers, pizza and Asian food.

Due to weather we were unable to dock in the DR...very disappointed since the ship was notified 24-hours in advance!

Cruise was great. However, Carnival could do a much better job in accommodating travelers (and their families) with special needs. Parking near the check-in terminal would be particularly helpful. It would really help to have reserved seating in the Lido Marketplace, in the main theater, and in the show venues (like the piano bar). In the main theater, you could remove one chair in each row for a wheelchair, and provide a companion chair next to it.

We love Carnival. We love every ship we have sailed on. Our cabin steward and wait staff are always wonderful. I wish there were more PG comedy shows. We do not do the "R" shows because of the language. We love the PG shows.

The food , the crew , entertainment, organization are the things that I was most impressed, I loved this trip , I just wished they have a newer ship , once I arrived the room smell really weird and seems old . Something that I really don’t like is that the Casino area does not have or have fewer smoke extractors , it is impossible to stay there for more than 10 min for a non smoker person .

This was our first crew and definitely not our last.

Great cruise, great people, fun time! All dealers in the casino were great, but Troy was the best. Aileen was the best bartender. We loved our room steward as well. Would go back on the sunshine in a heartbeat.

I haven’t been on a cruise in twelve years and the only improvement was the food. Most crew were professional and very nice. The ship itself was nice. Getting on and off the ship was faster but could be more organized and faster.

11 Carnival cruises. This one was good except for dining in main dining room and disembarking. Cruise Director is awesome, a lot of energy.
