The cruise was great but the experience of the last 2 days was a nightmare. I would never recommend anyone sail this ship. If you google the accounts of people on the Carnival Sunshine for these cruise dates, you will see the nightmare we experienced.

Sunday Monday we had a horrible table assignment and wait staff. We, by the grace of God, got moved to a different table assignment and crew for the remainder of the ship an Zubin and his team were amazing. Erika at the Casino bar was top notch as well

Pools were over crowded, no fitness center on this boat or Rock Climbing walls.

We decided upon boarding that we felt like we were in a low cost motel. This ship needs to be retired.
Cabin / Stateroom

No issues with the comfort, size and cleanliness of cabin. The decore was so old and dated.
Ship tip
I would tell them not to sail this boat if they are used to upscale rooms.
The trip home was HORRIBLE. 80 MPH winds, glass shattering in our stateroom. We were scared for our life. Not sure why we could not have waited to cruise back knowing what weather was in front of us. Waiting 12 hours to get off the boat with very little communication was frustrating. Then to still have to drive 4 hours home after this horrid experience... we got home close to mid-night. I had told our dog sitter that she could leave because we would be home by lunch time. Our daughter had to drive 2 hours to sit with our dogs until we could get home, because we had no clue if we would get off of the boat on May 27th or not.
