Review summary

Understanding the difficulty given the crew with the weather conditions and strain on crew members doing as best as possible, we endured. The defined lack of communication and updating was very disruptive. Lack of communication leaves the customer in array and anger.

While selected time for embarking was 12:30, no attention was paid to that tine slot. The strange process from building to building and transportation by bus to the ship was confusing.

Knowing the economics are tough, the single suite service daily was acceptable. However the Dining experience has gone down hill from previous Carnival experiences. No formal night table linens and accessories were noted as reductions.

The age since last rebuild shows as suite door locks and balcony doors show wear. The main light switch was inaccessable inside the mounting area.

The facility and parking was lacking. It is obvious the local area residents would like for Carnival to disappear. and as such the upcoming end of that facility in 2024 is obvious.
