Review summary

This was silly to be a celebration for my 60th birthday. I was so disappointed!! Not enough seatimg, and good and service. I am very sorry I took this cruise!! I am so disappointed in Carnival! I hope I don't have to look to other cruise lines to get the service I am use to. After almost 30 cruises this was the worst. Service, food, entertainment, open areas, the way people would enter the dining room in hats and outfits you wouldn't even wear to Walmart!! I am not use to this. Why is Carnival lowering their standards??

The food was always like warm! All appetizers were served at one time. We had to use the same form thru appetizers to main! Everything was rushed not happy

I was very disappointed in all entertainment on this ship! Definitely not what I am use to! After almost 30 cruises I have never been handed a rain ponchos so a dancing girl can stand in a box splashing water and calling this entertainment! The two men that were the entertainment in the main areas were awful!! Dressed in jeans flannel ahirts, long scraggly hair and beards! Playing the same music each night! Not good

Service and Staff

Most of the staff did not move out of the way for the paying customers. They would walk in front of you stop and talk to each other . I had 2 occasions when a crew member would get on the elevator with the guests pushing a cart filled with soiled linen

Ship Quality

You should not have to get in line 45 minutes before a show so that you could guarantee a seat without a pole in your way! There was no dancing areas by the main bar! You should never have to climb over a toilet to be able to shut the door!! Not enough seating on any level of outdoor areas!!

To have been on 30 cruises it does not show. You don’t review you just complain it was bad and bad and bad. You have 1 cruise listed so where are the ones that were just so go. Please don’t post garbage on here

Just so I am clear.... You were not happy with the cruise because everything in the dining room including the "Wal-Martians" was awful & the ship was crowded?

I loved the Sunshine. Of course, I cruise for enjoyment, not expecting everyone to part and now to me. Did was excellent, entertainment was good. If your that big of a diva, STAY HOME!

Wow, I did a 13 day cruise in January on the Sunshine, loved almost everything. And if there was something I didn't like I just blew it off, better than dwelling on it.
