I believe that pretty much all the cruiselines have a smoking area on their ships. For some people it's worth the annoyance to be able to cruise, for others it isn't. I'm one of those nonsmokers who will gladly deal with the smoke if it means I can enjoy 5 or 6 days on a beautiful ship looking at the ocean and eating fabulous meals.

Only place I saw smoking was the casino, which we were forced to go through to get certain areas.

Looks like you will not cruise again on any ship. None of them are completely smoke free. Love the Sunshine and Carnival.!!!

Was on Sunshine 1/12-25/2019. Wife and I are both sensitive to cigarette smoke. We commented that unlike other Sunshine cruises that this time the smoke was very well controlled in the casino. Yes there was smoke but for us it was not like the past. In fact wife was able to actually stay in the casino and watch the play.
