Review summary

Overall we had a really nice time. We met some great people and fir the most part the staff we very friendly. I had some issues with the staff at the spa. Some of them were very pushy trying to sell thier products.

It was very difficult to go to the comedy shows becuse it was always filled up. When kne show ended the people that were in tbere would dtsy leaving very few seats for anyone new to come in. On previous cruises they would nake evertone leave and have a kine to stand in for the next show.

I went to the spa for a facil, massage, and mani pedi. When i had my mani pedi I ingormed the lady doing it that I had knee surgery and I could only bend my knee so far. She informed me that loosi g weight would help me witj my knees. She also tried to get me to buy the products and I told her that I would talk to my husband and then I would make a decision. She told me that I should be able to make my own decisions and shouldnt havd to speak to him. I told her it was out of respect and that is what we do. My husband pre pated fof all if the services online and the charged us again for each servjce and he had to go to them to remove the chstges. I will never use the spa services on the ship on my future cruises and we are booked for Dec. 30 th. My exsperience was not good.
