Very enjoyable time for our family. All staff was always happy and accommodating

We had a great time. Was a large group and we had a lot of fun. Cruise director Erin was amazing, as was Touchdown Tyler

Overall great ship. Newly renovated. The only thing we didn’t care for was how serenity was set up compared to other ships I’ve been on. Outside of that everything was great!

It was overall a great cruise. Great value, great ports and great staff onboard.

I enjoyed this sailing with my family and friends there is so much you can do onboard I heard the cruise director but we didn't see her.

Nothing was good, employees smiling was a rarity. To top it off our toilet pipe broke and flooded our bathroom took 20+ minutes to get them to fix it then they didn't clean it up.

In spite of the few things I listed above, I really enjoyed the cruise. Already thinking towards our next one. Highly recommended cruise, for the low cost. Great fun.

Oh I wrote too much already. I'm absolutely certain that I covered most everything. It wasn't a total loss, it was just disappointing.

The Sunrise is a nicely remodeled smaller ship (compared to the new ones built in the last 5+ yrs.) Carnival did a good job cramming all upgrades into the remodel so the ship has everything. Due to the additions the ships layout isnt ideal, you need to walk through the casino to get to things which is stinky. They put the limelight lounge (comedy club) on the 4th floor in the middle of the ship and its now used for both comedy and the night club so the last comedy show is 9:30 instead of the typical 11:30. Overall very clean nice remodel.

First cruise for myself, great food, enjoyed casino, visiting islands, and family time. We all had a fantastic time. Can’t wait to go on another cruise, thank you.

i would defiantly book another carnival cruise i appreciated the many places to be able to smoke and the staff was great

I really dont know if I would book another carnival cruise there were so many turn offs and very little positive.

Very first cruise. Was expecting a better variety on the buffet. Guys Burgers were delicious. Deli sandwiches were AMAZING! STAFF WAS AMAZING! CD was the best

We had a wonderful trip! The personnel in the port worked very efficiently for smooth embarkation and disembarkation. The ship is in a very good condition, and the room is comfy and clean! Especially thanks for our room steward Ryan and his crew members! Ryan remembered our names after first meeting, and always gave us the great tips for our trip!

Great family trip. Something for everyone! The variety of activities makes it fun for all ages.

Overall it was a really fun day, it was just really expensive. They make it seem like you’re getting a good deal, only $330 to go to the Bahamas sounds great right? But they have all these holds, make you pay almost $100 for gratuity even though we didn’t use any services. I was dissapointed pictures were so expensive too, they should be cheaper so everyone has a good memory of their trip
