However, there should be limitations set by Carnival for children using the hot tubs. These are limited and kids were occupying them which limit adults.

Christian, Amy, Leon, the DJ and a few others were great. However, by the end of day 1 I realized the 12 pk of water I ordered wasn't delivered so I spoke with Christian who told me to dial xt 8000 for customer care which told me they would take care of it but nothing happened. Meanwhile I had to walk over to the Lido, fill my cup with ice and get water. By day 3 the exact same thing. This time I go to down to the 3rd floor, customer service and report it and this young lady not only called to follow but also sent an email. This info was confirmed on day 4 at customer care 3rd floor when I returned to request a refund. This was a different rep but she took also called and indicated she saw an email completed the day before. When she called someone they told her the water had been delivered but apparently it was delivered to the wrong state room because I Never received it and I told her I didn't get it. The water I ordered and paid for was for my convenience and meds but that that didn't work out.

The cabin was very nice and clean. It was a little tight with no view but still good. Details for the spa access wasn't given prior to arrival as details indicating dinner at 6 pm was daily and or the location until the 3rd day.

Ship tip

It would be helpful if details for specific events could be given prior to arrival or at 24-48 prior to events. The All White event was announced a few hours prior to event, the dinner time which we choose was not indicated it was included daily, and PKG should come with some type of details especially when the cruise is paid 4 months prior to arrival date. Just those little things that would be great.
