Our Room Steward, Made, kept our cabin, nice and tidy. He was there when we needed extra towels and he ALWAYS remembered our names while greeting us in the hallways. Our main waiter, Aryan was always on point in greetings and dancing. He remembered our special diets and let us order the night before in the main dining. Even with changes, he was on point and never seemed bothered. By night #2, he had our drinks down. Our second waiter, Ed, was a nice and helpful.

Great mattress! Our room steward, Made, kept it clean and us supplied with towels. The size, and additional storage for our party of 3 was great. We didn't feel like we were bumping into each other.
Ship tip
Be prepared that guests do smoke cigarettes/weed and vape on their balconies and on the Serenity deck. I informed the cruise member on the deck and nothing was done (vapor) so I didn't mention it while on my balcony. I just went back into my cabin. Also, be prepared that guests will cross through the main dining room to get to the mid elevators, in their Swimsuits, and no one would stop them. I particularly didn't appreciate booties and breasts with my appetizers and entrees.
Due to my daughter losing her Sign and Sail card prior to the Excursion, we were unable to make it. Luckily, we purchased via Carnival and received 100% back. Stilled enjoyed the market.
The water is not too be missed. Get a Clam SunShell, you won't regret it. Use an unused cabanas shower to rinse off. The Beef hotdogs from the BBQ was fabulous!
Easy! Went to the Disembarking Mtg and was well informed. We didn't utilize our Priority Disembarking since we were traveling with others. Hint: pack your purchased alcohol in your checked luggage. The hubby did not and at the airport he needed to purchase new luggage. Bring your own luggage stored inside the biggest luggage you have. FYI
Congrats to the grad! We were on the Magic that sailed on a 6-night out of Miami the day before. You guys missed the awesome airshow over south beach Sat & Sun. We love the Sunrise as well as that itinerary too; did that cruise last year. You ain't lyin about the heavy mary jane smells on board... CCL has to do better to stop that.
